Do you have any more of a certain item?
For our vintage pieces, which are one of a kind, we're generally not able to re-stock. However, sometimes we are able to find something similar! If you do see something you like that has sold, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know!
Where do you find your jewelry?
From all over! We carry a large range of jewelry, and each piece comes from different locations. We love to acquire our jewelry from everywhere, because it means we can bring you a variety of jewelry unlike any other.
Why don't I get Brethren + Sistren emails?
Some email providers can mistakenly block Brethren + Sistren messages as spam; but, you can change your email preferences to make sure our letters get to your inbox and not your spam folder. If you're not a subscriber, but you'd like to receive our emails, join us by creating and account and signing up to receive our emails or by entering your email address at the bottom of this page.
Can you resize the jewelry?
We do not resize or customize the items we have for sale. You can always take your item to a local jeweler to see if they can resize it. If rings get damaged during resizing, we are not responsible, and will not be able to accept a return.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
Is all your jewelry sterling silver?
All of our jewelry is 925 silver unless otherwise specified in the items description. Most pieces have a 925 hallmark, but not all. Many vintage pieces say “sterling” or nothing at all, as they have worn over time. We also have vintage pieces at 800 or 950, and are marked as such. We test each item that does not have a hallmark with a XRF Gun, magnets and acid testing to make sure it is as stated.
Why is the item condition listed as vintage?
We take really good care to make sure we find high quality vintage pieces for you. Yet, since most items are pre-owned there may be some signs of wear.
What form of payment do you except?
We accept Paypal and Shopify payments. We do not take Money Order, Personal Checks, or other form of payment
Can I return my order or part of my order?
We believe 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your jewelry, we’re not happy! You can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). See more on our Returns page. We will do whatever we can to make it better.

Where's my return refund?
Returns are usually checked within about 3 business days after we receive your package, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please see our Returns page for more information.
